Terms and Conditions of Use of the Check-in365 Platform


1. Acceptance of Terms

The use of the Check-in365 platform ("Platform") implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") by the user ("User"). Disagreement with any term exempts Check-in365 from liability arising from the use of the Platform.

2. Platform Object

The Check-in365 Platform offers a digital environment for managing reservations and check-in at accommodation establishments. The User will be able to make reservations, check-in online, communicate with the establishment, among other features available.

3. Use of the Platform

The User undertakes to use the Platform in accordance with current legislation, these Terms and good navigation practices. Use for illegal, fraudulent purposes or purposes that harm third parties is prohibited.

4. Registration and User Account

To fully use the Platform, the User must create an account, providing reliable and updated data. Saving the password is the sole responsibility of the User, who is obliged to promptly notify Check-in365 in case of misuse.

5. Reservations and Payments

Reservations made through the Platform are subject to the policies of each establishment, including payment and cancellation conditions. Check-in365 is not responsible for problems related to reservations or payments.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including, but not limited to, texts, images, logos and software, is protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction, copying, modification or distribution without prior authorization is expressly prohibited.

7. Liability and Limitation

Check-in365 will make every effort to keep the Platform available and error-free, but does not guarantee the absence of failures, interruptions or security problems. Under no circumstances will you be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Platform.

8. Changes to the Terms

Check-in365 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, upon prior notice to the User. Continuing to use the Platform after the changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, with the Funchal district court being elected to resolve any disputes.
